We want you to love your Easywalker pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure your items have original tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
